GHJUVANNI BIANCUCCI ELECTED PRESIDENT OF AIR CORSICA: “THE COMPANY NEEDS TO ADAPT TO MARKET RULES”

The president of the Femu a Corsica group at the Corsican Assembly, Ghjuvanni Biancucci, was unanimously elected president of Air Corsica. At a Board of Directors meeting held on Wednesday afternoon, he was the only candidate in the running and, in the first ballot, received 14 votes out of 14 voters and 4 absentees. Paul Leonetti, Territorial Councillor of Corsica Libera, was appointed 1st Vice-President, and Jean Toma, Territorial Councillor of the right-wing group “Rassembler”, 2nd Vice-President. Ghjuvanni Biancucci explained to Corse Net Infos that the Corsican airline needs reforms and a new strategy to adapt to the current laws of the air market.
